FACILITY MANAGEMENT; We are successfully offering Operation, Maintenance & Repair, Subcontract Management services to commercial and administrative customers with experienced, well trained and qualified employees in more than 500.000 square meter since 2005.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT; We actively provide managing services a range of projects in construction sector all over the Russia with a western construction consultancy principles since 2006.

BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS; With a certified star partnership of Honeywell systems since 2006, we put our broad array of products and services to work for you, helping you improve operational performance and achieve your strategic goals.
